All India Management Association to have the country's first management fest at MIET
NEWS Prahari |Meerut| The press conference was organized by the All India Management Association at MIET Business School. During this, Deputy Director of All India Management Association Ravi Jangra said that India's first Management Fest will be held on 3 and 4 March at MIET Business School in collaboration with All India Management Association. About 300 students from management institutes of Meerut district and NCR will participate in this fest. The objective of the Management Fest is to provide an experimental platform for management students. Students will learn to take different types of decisions in business with the help of the management concepts. AIMA Management Fest is free for students. Management students can register by visiting the MIET website, or they can participate by registering directly at MIET. There will be five competitions to generate management skills among the students. In which competitions like quiz competition, poster making competition, business modeling competition, case study competition, business simulation competition will be organized. All students participating in Management Fest will be provided with letters administered by AIMA.
Dean of MIET Business School, Dr. Devendra Arora said that there are other avenues not only for the management of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) but also for the study of management. There are many institutes in the country to teach business management, besides IIM, who teach management skills to the youth. After studying management from these institutions, the doors of jobs open in multinational companies and Indian good companies. MIET has started Management Fest in collaboration with All India Management Association to teach business management skills to management students on the lines of IIMs. For those students who will solve new and theoretical options of business management in an experimental way, students who are dreaming of admission in IIMs but do not reach there, MIET has advanced management studies for various students. Has started where there will be experimental studies in many new areas of management. Dean of MIET Business School, Dr. Devendra Arora has graduated from IIM Kolkata and makes students aware of the new tasks of management on the lines of IIM.
In-charge of Management Fest, Dr. Shadma Shahid informed that managers of high industries of India, HR, etc. will be involved to judge in various competitions. Which will give students information on the subject of management in industries? All India Management Association Deputy Director Ravi Jangra, Dean of MIET Business School, Dr. Devendra Arora, Management Fest in-charge Dr. Shadma Shahid and Upasana Gupta, Ajay Chaudhary were present at the press conference.
