NCRTC Offers Unique Opportunity to Celebrate Special Moments with Namo Bharat

Meerut.NCRTC has introduced a unique initiative allowing people to celebrate their special occasions aboard India’s first Namo Bharat. Whether it’s a birthday, pre-wedding shoot, or other milestones, Namo Bharat now offers an elegant venue to make life’s moments even more memorable at an affordable cost.

Built to international standards of comfort and safety, Namo Bharat coaches offer a distinctive setting for celebrating special occasions. Individuals, event or wedding organisers, and photography or media companies can now book Namo Bharat coaches, static or running, as permitted under the policy issued by NCRTC. Each option provides a unique environment that blends modern design with the novelty of celebrating aboard India’s first regional rail, and turning the event into timeless memories.

From lively birthday celebrations for children to elegant pre-wedding shoots, this opportunity opens up a fun and distinctive way to mark life’s moments aboard Namo Bharat. As India’s fastest regional train, equipped with the state-of-the-art technologies, it offers a futuristic setting that complements its modern design. With stations at most prominent place across NCR, such as Anand Vihar, Ghaziabad, and Meerut South, the service provides residents across Delhi and Meerut an opportunity to celebrate in spaces that are both familiar and extraordinary.

Bookings can be made by individuals, photography teams, or event organisers through a simple application process. A mock-up coach at the Depot in Duhai is also available for static shoots.  Charges to book the coaches begins from ₹5,000 per hour. Participants will also have the option to personalise the space with tasteful decorations. 30 minutes of preparation time (for setting up of instruments/cameras, etc., decorations, or any such arrangements) and another 30 minutes for the removal of decorations, etc., will be given in addition to the booking time by NCRTC.

These celebrations are permitted only during defined hours (6:00 am to 11:00 pm) and are organised in a manner that does not interfere with regular operations or commuter movement. 

Each celebration is organised under close supervision of NCRTC staff and security personnel to ensure the safety of participants, protection of assets, and compliance with operational protocols. 

Every day, thousands of commuters travel by Namo Bharat, each carrying their own stories, of journeys made, loved ones met, and dreams pursued. As these lives intersect, new stories also take shape, and Namo Bharat stands witness to them all. Now, the same space that connects people across the region also opens its doors for them to celebrate their special moments, making their milestones a part of the Namo Bharat story itself.

NCRTC also has a comprehensive policy for renting out premises including Namo Bharat stations and trains for events, including film and documentary shootings. These spaces are available for short-term hire for feature films, television commercials, documentaries, and other visual projects. Filmmakers have the opportunity to capture the futuristic design and aesthetic appeal of Namo Bharat stations and trains—settings that align with global standards and enhance the visual quality of any production, offered at competitive rates.
