NCRTC Offers Complimentary Free Water Bottles to Premium Coach Passengers at Ghaziabad Namo Bharat Station
Meerut.NCRTC is continuously introducing modern initiatives to make the passenger experience more convenient and comfortable. In line with this, another effort has been taken wherein premium coach passengers are being offered a Complimentary free 500 ml cold water bottle during train boarding or deboarding at the Coca-Cola Refreshment Zone established at the premium lounge of Ghaziabad Namo Bharat Station's platform level.
For premium class passengers, a vending machine has been installed here, in which free slots are provided for cold water bottles. To avail of this facility, passengers need to select a number from the available free slots on the vending machine, press the button given on the machine, and a cold water bottle will then be dispensed. A company staff member is also present here to inform passengers about the free water bottle facility and assist them so that they can avail the benefit at ease. In addition, other beverages are also available, which passengers can easily purchase as per their need.
During the summer season, premium coach passengers are enjoying this facility at Ghaziabad station for refreshment & relief and they are appreciating this initiative a lot. Currently, this facility is available only at Ghaziabad Station, but such refreshment zones may also be seen at other stations in the future.
It is noteworthy that traveling in the Namo Bharat premium coach has now become even more affordable, as there is only about a 20% difference between the standard fare and the premium fare. This is why traveling in premium coaches equipped with modern amenities such as reclining seats, sun blinds, vending machines, footrests, water bottle holders, laptop charging points, and coat-jacket hangers has become very easy and economical.
NCRTC aims to make the Namo Bharat corridor not just a mode of transport, but a premium and world-class travel experience. Keeping passenger convenience in mind, facilities such as modern ticketing systems, clean and air-conditioned stations, escalators, lifts, free drinking water at stations, washrooms, and passenger assistance services are also available at every station.
