Asrushi sundriyal submits a letter of request to the director general of polic to file a defamation case against sonia anand
Dehradun-Recently, Aarushi Sundriyal , the National Spokesperson of Youth Congress, had filed a serious case against Congress leader Sonia Anand in the Dalanwala police station under serious charges of theft and robbery after being caught on CCTV cameras installed in her small industry. Following this, worried Sonia Anand tried to tarnish Aarushi's image by arranging a Press Conference with five unknown people associated with an organization, they confidently announced false information that variour case had been filed against Aarushi in different police stations. In this regard, today Aarushi Sundriyal has submitted a letter of request to the honorable Director General of Police to file a defamation case under Section 356 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita against Sonia Anand and 5 unknown individuals. In this case, Aarushi Sundriyal stated, "I want to clarify that there has never been any case filed against me in any police station for even the smallest charge till date. Sonia Anand held political animosity towards me, which resulted in her suddenly attacking me first, forcing me to leave my house in a night suit. After this, a search of my entire house was conducted, I was robbed, and even the CCTV cameras installed for security were stolen. I called 100 for help, but despite informing the police station, the police did not arrive at the scene. Following this, Sonia Anand and Mamta Sharma illegally took possession of all my personal and business properties. Since the incident on August 20, I have been forced to stay outside my home in the clothes I was wearing, and now I am dependent on someone or the other for shelter."
Aarushi revealed, "I am a taxpayer and my small business called Dhayandeep has a turnover of over 90 lakhs as per the GST of the past year. To achieve this commercial success, Aarushi had worked hard, and suddenly Sonia Anand illegally took possession of all her personal and business belongings, forcing her to hit the streets. Sonia Anand, who committed this inhumanely act, tried to file a false case of sexual harassment against Aarushi for political benifit and to cover up her whole act, lurking Aarushi 's fired employee Yash Raturi with greed who had been kicked out three years ago for setting up a hidden camera in Aarushi's dressing area. After failing in that attempt, rumors were spread and propagated against Arushi that cases were being filed against her in Rajpur and Dalanwala police stations, which will be dealt with appropriate legal action."
