ASUS and VIDYA Foundation Expand Their Digital Literacy

Mission with a New Centre at Rajiv Gandhi Marathi Medium School

Powai, December 2025 : Building on the success of its digital inclusion efforts, ASUS India, in partnership with VIDYA Integrated Development for Youth and Adults, has announced the continuation of its Digital Literacy Program to set up additional learning centres across Maharashtra.

The initiative, which has impacted over 6,000 underprivileged children and youth across Western India, aims to further bridge the digital divide by bringing technology-enabled learning to more government and low-income schools in the state. Through this partnership, ASUS and VIDYA are establishing new digital labs that offer hands-on training aligned with the UNESCO Digital Literacy Framework. The program equips students from Grade 1 to 10 and local youth with practical digital skills, ranging from computer basics and coding to creative design and digital ethics, empowering them for future education and employment opportunities.

ASUS is investing in digital access as well as unlocking life-changing opportunities for students and youth in need, laying down pathways for higher education, job readiness, and dignity in tomorrow’s workforce.

The ASUS x VIDYA initiative represents the brand’s sustained commitment to digital equity, education, and community empowerment, ensuring that technology continues to create measurable, lasting social impact.
