NCRTC Opens Registrations for ‘Namo Bharat Unplugged: Live Musical Fridays - Season II’

-Anand Vihar Namo Bharat Station to Host the Season 2 of Live Musical Fridays 

Meerut-After the roaring success of Season I, NCRTC is back with an even more vibrant edition of its weekly musical series, “Namo Bharat Unplugged: Live Musical Fridays - Season II.” This season of Namo Bharat Unplugged will be hosted at Anand Vihar Namo Bharat Station. NCRTC has now opened the registrations where interested performers can register themselves to perform during upcoming musical Fridays. Commuters at Anand Vihar Namo Bharat Station will soon be able to enjoy live musical performances again, every Friday evening from 6 PM at the concourse level of the station.

This season is designed with a dedicated live performance followed by spontaneous Antakshari rounds. With this event, NCRTC is providing a platform to budding artists to showcase their talent to thousands of commuters and enchant them with their musical talent. 

“Namo Bharat Unplugged: Live Musical Fridays - Season II” will bring a musical treat along with fun, interactive experiences like “Antakshari On-The-Spot,” a friendly contest for commuters to participate in, which will make their travel experience more enriching and enjoyable. With exciting team names inspired by prominent Namo Bharat stations like Ghaziabad, Modinagar North, and Meerut South, the competition will add a local flavor to the entertainment.

Namo Bharat Unplugged: Live Musical Fridays Season 1 was a huge success among the commuters. Organized at Ghaziabad Namo Bharat Station, this season successfully hosted 15 musical evenings during its 4-month long run, transforming Friday nights at the Station into a lively hub of entertainment and community connection. 

Namo Bharat has been offering reliable, comfortable, and safe transit, making daily life easier for its commuters. This initiative will foster a welcoming atmosphere for commuters, making Namo Bharat stations a lively, youth-friendly social hub while offering a stage to emerging talent across the NCR. Performers, be it solo artists or bands, will get a chance to share their music with hundreds of daily commuters, making each Friday ride something to look forward to for everyone. Entry remains free for all at the unpaid area of the concourse level at Anand Vihar Namo Bharat Station.

Solo performers, Music bands from Schools, Colleges, and other upcoming musical bands in NCR interested in participating in "Namo Bharat Unplugged: Live Music Fridays- Season II" are encouraged to register and be a part of this musical saga.
